Gabrielle is a physical therapist and Pilates instructor who will evaluate your musculoskeletal health, paying special attention to any past injuries or health issues that may require modifications to traditional Pilates exercises. You will also have the opportunity to discuss long-term and short-term goals, and strategies to help you achieve them.

EIGHT WEEK PROGRAM
WITH THIS PROGRAM YOU CAN EXPECT
Two 60 minute sessions a week for eight weeks using Pilates apparatuses and mat exercises (16 sessions total).
One 15 minute at home exercise video created specifically for you (to be done at home at least once per week).
A thorough musculoskeletal exam.
Education on daily activities and exercise based on your specific needs.
